Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Each item at Scientific Styles is made to order, custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@scientificstyles.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe — typically 30 days for U.S. orders or 45 days for international orders — please contact us. We’ll investigate the shipment, and if it’s confirmed lost in transit, we’ll issue a replacement or refund right away.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As these are custom-made products, this right may not apply once printing has begun, except where required by law.
Refunds and Replacements
We’ll notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll either receive a replacement or be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please contact support@scientificstyles.com.
